The Concinnity Conscious Founders Index (FNDRTR) is designed to provide exposure to U.S.-listed companies that appear to achieve financial performance in a sustainable and responsible manner, as well as having the company founder in the CEO position. Companies are determined to be sustainable and responsible if they are on the Concinnity Multi-Stakeholder Operating Companies Index. Companies are then screened to determine if one of the founders of the company is currently in an executive position. Concinnity believes the presence of company founders increases the likelihood that a multi-stakeholder mindset will be preserved and corporate culture will be safeguarded. This is an equal-weighted index.

Companies in the index have the following traits:

o Evaluated on adherence to the Multi-stakeholder Operating System (MsOS)

o Company founder is still at the CEO or other senior leadership position 

o Consist of Large Cap US companies
