Concinnity Gender Diversity (Women in Leadership) Index

The Concinnity Gender Diversity (Women in Leadership) Index (ELLECWT) is designed to provide exposure to U.S.-listed companies that appear to achieve financial performance in a sustainable and responsible manner, as well as having women in leadership at these companies. Companies are determined to be sustainable and responsible if they are in the Concinnity Multi-stakeholder Operating Companies Index. Companies are then screened to determine if they have at least a minimum threshold of women in the Board of Directors, CEO, senior management, or firm wide positions. The index is cap-weighted.​

Companies in the index have the following traits:

o Evaluated on adherence to the Multi-stakeholder Operating System (MsOS)

o Demonstrate a high level of gender diversity in leadership and board positions

o Consist of Large Cap US companies
