The Concinnity Gender Diversity (Women in Leadership) Index (ELLETR/ELLECWT) is designed to provide exposure to U.S.-listed companies that appear to achieve financial performance in a sustainable and responsible manner, as well as having women in leadership at these companies. Companies are determined to be sustainable and responsible if they are on the Concinnity Multi-Stakeholder Operating Companies Index. Companies are then screened to determine if they have at least a minimum threshold of women in the Board of Directors, CEO, senior management, or firm wide positions. There is both an equal-weighted and a cap-weighted index.
Companies in the index have the following traits:
o Evaluated on adherence to the Multi-stakeholder Operating System (MsOS)
o Demonstrate a high level of gender diversity in leadership and board positions
o Consist of Large Cap US companies
